From the classic 1966 Batman TV series comes the fourth in a line of all new figure kits. Sculpted by Jeff Yagher, this 1:8 figure wonderfully captures the likeness of Burgess Meredith as The Penguin. Skill level 3, for ages 15 & up. This is a model kit that requires glue, paint, and assembly.
