Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star 1/28 Scale Mahogany Desk Model

We have just acquired this beautiful Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star 1/28 Scale Desk Model made from Philippine Mahogany. One of our long-time customers has retired, and is down-sizing. He has provided us with a large collection of beautiful mahogany desk models and vintage plastic model kits. Measures approximately 15" long with a 16½" wingspan.

The model is in beautiful condition, and includes a wooden display base with hand painted plaque and metal arm. There is minor damage where the fuel tank was re-attached to the right wing, there is a close-up of it in the last photo. Please take a look at the photos and judge condition for yourself.
