Return / Exchange Policy: Our policy is very simple... If you wish to return your purchase, or have receive a defective or damaged item from us, you can report it to us by email for return / exchange / refund arrangements. Requests for return or exchange and reports of missing or damaged parts must be received within 10 days of receipt of merchandise (exceptions to this time-frame will be allowed for holiday/gift purchases).
Items returned for reasons other than defects or shipping damage must be received in new/resellable condition; with all manuals, accessories and other items intact and in original packaging. Merchandise returned for any reason must be received before we will ship any replacement or refund, and should be returned to us by methods which provide proof of shipment. Unless it is our error, shipping charges for all orders are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns / exchanges / refunds are not allowed for used products.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-order dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer, and are subject to change. You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, we may charge a 20% cancellation fee, as we are not allowed to cancel our wholesale orders at all. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed, this allows us to get it to you faster, and keeps our prices low.
- Please inspect the product when you receive it, and report any issues to us BEFORE you try to use the item. If the exterior shipping box is damaged, take a photo before opening it, just in case your item was damaged in shipping.
- You may change your order only if it has not been processed for shipment. It cannot be cancelled after it has shipped.
- Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Mondays & major holidays.
- Shipping to a Third-Party Address: For fraud prevention purposes, we reserve the right to verify orders, which may include phone verification. LI Toy & Game™ reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order.
- Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and reported to authorities.
- These terms apply to all sales made via website, email, social media, or phone.
