The EF-111 Raven is based on the General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark. A contract to create EF-111s from existing F-111A airframes was awarded to Grumman in 1974. The EF-111A Raven retained the F-111A's navigation systems, with a revised AN/APQ-160 radar. The primary feature of the Raven was the Raytheon AN/ALQ-99E jamming system, developed from the Navy's ALQ-99 on the Prowler. Features include a detailed  fuselage w/accurate design, a canopy can be assembled open/closed, a variable wing sweep, optional position flaps, highly detailed engines, finely detailed cockpit, and grooved rubber tires. 320 parts on 15 sprues, measures over 19" long once assembled. This is a model kit that is supplied unpainted and requires assembly.
