Vintage ReSaurus Speed Racer Mach 5 Play Set
This is a vintage Speed Racer Mach 5 Play Set manufactured by ReSaurus in 1999. This item appears to be brand new and unplayed with, though the tape is broken on one side of the box.
The Mach 5 measures an impressive 15" long and is loaded with features straight from the classic anime series. Included accessories are snap-on auto jacks with spring-loaded shock absorbers, a removable canopy, a pop-up periscope, and two snap-on saw blades that actually rotate. Also included are Spridle (Spritle) and Chim Chim action figures complete with their picnic basket, and here's what makes this set truly special: these two figures were exclusive to this playset and were never sold separately, making this a must-own for any serious Speed Racer collector!
ReSaurus was known for producing high-quality, highly detailed, collector-grade figures in the late 1990s, and this Mach 5 is no exception. Hard to find complete and in this condition after 25+ years!
CONDITION: EXCELLENT - The playset appears to brand new, never removed from the box, but the tape is broken on one end. The box itself has typical shelf/storage wear consistent with 27 years of age. Neat & complete! Actual pictures shown, please view the photos and judge for yourself. Sold As-Is.
