This is a vintage Super Powers "The Penguin" action figure, made by Kenner in 1985. For ages 6 & up.

CONDITION: Colors are vivid with no fade, joints are tight, mechanism still functions. Minor scuffs here and there. Umbrella is missing. Displays very nicely! Actual pictures shown, please view the photos and judge for yourself. Sold AS-IS.
