This is a Bob (The Joker's Goon) action figure from the 1989 Tim Burton Batman movie, made by ToyBiz. Makes a great addition to your vintage toy collection!

CONDITION: New - card has VERY slight curvature, a VERY small crease in the lower right, and less than normal shelf wear. Bubble is still clear and attached. Displays very nicely, neat & Complete! Actual pictures shown, please view the photos and judge for yourself. Sold AS-IS.
